This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains what data the mobile application “Cycle Tracker+” (“App”) collects, why it is collected, how it is used and shared, and what rights you have. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

5. Third‑party recipients

We integrate the advertising platform Appodeal and its partner networks (Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, etc.).

6. Data storage & security

Cycle data remains on your device (SQLite).
Ad identifiers & logs are kept by Appodeal for up to 24 months or until consent is withdrawn.
HTTPS/TLS and other technical measures protect data.

7. Your rights

Withdraw consent for personalised ads in the CMP or OS settings.
Request deletion or a copy of your data via e‑mail.
Limit ad tracking in iOS/Android (“Reset Advertising ID”, “Opt‑out of Ads Personalisation”).

8. International transfers

Data may be processed on servers outside the EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

9. Children

The App is not intended for children under 13.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The new version will be posted here and becomes effective immediately. We will notify you in‑app about substantial changes.

This Policy is drafted in accordance with the GDPR, UK GDPR, COPPA, Google Play “Privacy, Security & Deception” policy and App Store App Privacy requirements.
